Initial liaison to understand Client requirements, provide construction
advice and develop the brief |

Prepare and/or review cost estimates at each stage of the project |

Advise and assist in the application of any neccessary approval |

Manage and co-ordinate roles and responsibility of the Client's
team and/or other consultants |
| |

Advise on procedures and contract matters |
| |
|
 |
Prepare and/or review contract documentation |
| |
|
 |
Advise on insurances, warranties, guarantee bonds and the like |
| |
|
 |
Where appropriate examine and report on contract particulars, specifications,
programmes and all other proposals whether provided by a Contracter,
Developer, Landlord or any other third party |

|
 |
During the currency of the Works ensure compliance with the terms
of any Contract, Agreement to Lease, Purchase Agreement or any other
relevant Agreements |

 |
Advise and assist the Client in fulfilling his obligations under
the terms of all Contracts and Agreements |
