CANON UK HEADQUARTERS

| Bellamy and Wareham provided quantity surveying services for the recently completed headquarters office building for Canon UK Limited at Reigate, Surrey. With a gross floor area of 11068 m2 this is an imposing building set in 26 acres of parkland. It is a very 'green' building using natural ventilation to cool the building. As a result the highesy BREEAM rating of excellent was achieved. The building has been shortlisted for several awards and won the National Corporate Workplace of the Year in the British Council for Offices Annual Awards. |

ORBIT HOUSING ASSOCIATION HEADQUARTERS

| To accomodate their requirement for a national call centre handling in excess of 20,000 calls a month from their tenants, Orbit Housing Association purchased a bespoke 3000m2 office building in Coventry. Bellamy and Wareham acted as their Representative from the inception of the project through to completion and provided a variety of services throughout the project including project managing the fitting out of the offices following handover from the developer. |

TRAVELODGE HOTEL, PUB AND RESTAURANT

| This new development was completed in Portsmouth in September 1999
and Bellamy and Wareham provided full project management services
for Irongate Property Asset Management Limited. The development consisted
of a 78 bedroom hotel, for Granada and a Pub, Restaurant and Children's
Play Barn for Punch Retail Limited. A Number of other leisure developments are currently awaiting planning consent. |
INDUSTRIAL: A substantial number of Industrial projects have been completed in recent years with a particular emphasis on large transport and distribution warehouses. The total floor area of these projects exceeds 800,000 square feet.
RETAIL: Quantity surveying services have been provided for the construction of over 40 new Superstore developments. Currently Employer's Agent Services are being provided for a retail park development in Derby.
RESIDENTIAL: Employer's Agent and Quantity surveying services are regularly provided on new and refurbishment projects for housing associations and private developers. In the past 15 years Bellamy and Wareham have been involved with the provision of over 800 new or refurbished dwellings.
